The edge has gone dull.

SST collection is getting FUCKING RIDICULOUS. Love it. Breathing new life into a man who was getting very sick of music.

Got drunk sort of last night at a steakhouse. It was funny. Totally on accident, waiter kept bringing me wine and I obviously have no clue what my limit is yet.

Being homeless is actually sort of cool so far. Don't mind it whatsoever. Love the extra cash flow, just need to save it. I found out I was getting 500 back on my deposit so what do I do? Blew it on an Abused - Loud and Clear 7" and The Fix - Jans Room 7". Oof. At least the money was there! Speaking of things I spent money on, for the first time in two years I went clothes shopping:

I look like a hipster now! Transition complete. So far a few ladies have slept with me and I think the clothes helped. Thanks!

Just got back from the bay area, here are three pictures that describe my trip:

Broke edge on a bong rip and a shot of Crown Royal. It was nice! I like weed (no surprise) more than booze, and I'm actually mostly excited about listening to MITB while weeded out. I feel like I'm going to finally enjoy something that was already a giant part of me.

Anyways, I'm buried in school, real work (got nominated for some hella crazy award, I won't win, but it was cool to be nominated), side work, and getting caught up on the label. Fuck the world!

I dunno what happened with this. I assume I was approved but I just don't know anymore.

So as of today I am homeless. As in nowhere to live. I have some friends with couches to crash on, but nowhere near what I need. I have a sleeping bag and pillow with me, and that's about it. Tonight I am slipping into one of the deepest depressions of my life. I only remember being this depressed once before and it was towards the end of Rachel and I (and maybe rivaled by when Julie told me she'd never loved me). The Rachel and I was because I realized what had started as a joke had went too far (our marriage), and by the fact I was being drained of money and etc...

But this. Fuck this, it's so much worse. Maybe it's because I am older? Maybe it's because I feel like everyone else in the world got so much more going for them than I do. Right now I'm giving other people money to survive (friends, parents, etc...) but it remains close to the way it's always been, no one helping me out. I really don't know what to say. A few friends over the last few days have mentioned their parents helping them on down payments for a house, or a car, or etc... and I just think about how I've never had any help. Did it make me stronger? Maybe. I just feel like it disadvantaged me. I had to work so much harder for everything that I lost all this time as a child or teen or what the fuck ever. The time people were spending going to school and doing good shit with their lives, I was dealing with my fathers divorce and helping him pull his life together.

So what the fuck. I mean I still have goals like always, but life is slipping through my fingers. I almost broke edge this weekend and it sort of scares me. Not because of what it means, but because I am so depressed that it is just the absolute worst decision I could make right now. There is no way I could handle substances responsibly given my current state, and that makes me hurt even more.

Sometimes I just want out of this fucking insane world. People and their god damned rat races, and their self important lives. Everyone is constantly shitting on someone else and elevating themselves to a platform of adoration, it just sickens me. If I could make the choice to not wake up tomorrow, I'd choose it. No one cares, beat my head against the wall.

Life is ok. I'm lying it sucks. I'll be homeless soon. "Homeless". I've got so much to do over the next two-three weeks it's blowing my mind:

On top of all this I have to move out of my apartment, which includes moving all my stuff of course. I also have to clean the carpets and decently enough clean the place so my deposit doesn't get dinged.

Started packing Julie up today. Place is getting a lot more "barren" looking. Only a month and a half left until I'm "homeless". If you know anyone in the OC area, let them know I'd love to crash on their couch one night a week, trying to stay local for work and save as much money as possible to buy my first house.

Car is ALMOST done. Next weekend it should be road worthy. Excited for that.

Going to be a busy couple of weeks. Counseling appointment next Monday, Julie moves out that day, have to screenprint some 7" sleeves AND LP jackets. Also have to finish a few websites and finish the car obviously. Life isn't easy.

To note, I got a 3.0 GPA this last semester. Stoked on that. Should be off academic probation as a result. Need to sell more records, hopefully this week I can relist what I have and then start hustling more. Need to raise another grand or so.

I weigh 160 now. Breaking veg will do that. Still edge though, and still love it.

Getting this is going to greatly improve my life. I don't like coding at home on a laptop because it's clunky, and having a nice, fast machine will greatly improve my turnaround time. I don't download music or movies, so the 320 gigs is MORE than enough, and between it all it should fucking fly.
- Got the Sojourner master in the bay area. Starting that soon.
- Stocks are up, went from 2400 total value to 3200 over a weeks period of time. Looks like things can start to improve alot. Still not a lot of money in the scheme of things, but more than I had August of last year (aka nothing)
- Saw Bookburner/Sidetracked dudes. Already miss them.
- Think I am getting laid off this week. I hope not I suppose.
- Xbox 360 with Netflix Instant Watch is ruling my life.
- If I get laid off, 16oh = no more, at least until I get another stable job. I plan on finishing the Sojourner LP for now, but I'm not starting anything else until shit stabilizes, if it does.
- I need to pay off my couch.
- I need to file my taxes.
- I need to get back on track with school.
- Been screenprinting a LOT. It's a lot of fun, and I'm getting pretty ok at it. If I move home I'll probably build a lightbox and do stuff out in the IE for extra cash.

If I get laid off, I'm going to get about 20k between severance, vacation and unemployment over 6 months. I'll break my lease, move back home with my Dad. That'll be around 2300, leaves me with 17,800. I think I can survive for quite sometime off that. I don't want to obviously, so I'm hoping the small business with Justin will go swimmingly. I'll probably invest a good portion of it, and then go back to school full time living at my Dad's. I'll apply for jobs and all that, but I really can't see myself getting anything in the short term. Darren in the bay area talked to me about Six Sigma and I've been looking at getting certified for Green Belt soon. That may help my case a lot. I am only 6 or so months away from being able to get a PMP as well. Once I have one or the other, I can probably find another job decently easy without taking monster paycuts.

Things that suck:
- The fear of moving home. I fucking hate the IE. God damnit I hate it, but I'm not too proud to realize I need to survive.
- Money, etc...
- Being so far behind in school against where I wanted to be. Fucking bullshit, am I 13 again?!
